    POLLO 2 QUESOS $19
  • A boneless chicken breast pounded, lightly breaded and pan fried in extra virgin olive oil, topped with a roasted Chile Relleno (Poblano Pepper) stuffed with seasoned corn and Queso Fresco, covered with a cream-based Chipotle sauce and finished with a layer of melted Chihuahua cheese. Served with white & red rice, garnished with fresh cilantro.
